Guy has a 20-year + track record as a financial professional, including roles as Interim CFO, fund manager, corporate/project finance advisor and chartered accountant. Guy has recent experience as a corporate finance adviser/Interim CFO for growth-stage companies with a particular focus on the CleanTech space. Prior to this, Guy held senior investment banking positions at a number of well-known financial institutions, including Evercore, Barclays and Citi.  Guy is also a NED on the board of Aura Renewables Acquisitions plc, a consultant at NovAzure, the energy and mobility advisory firm, and sits on the advisory panel of the Conduit EIS Impact Fund.
