Privacy Statement

 

1                     This privacy statement explains how LMN Capital (comprising LMN Capital Partners Limited, LMN Capital Limited and LMN Capital International Limited) uses your personal information.

 

2                     LMN Capital Partners Limited with registered office at First Floor, Ariel House, 74a Charlotte Street, London, W1T 4QJ is the data controller in relation to all personal data processed by LMN Capital.

 

3                     Unless you are proposing to enter into (or have entered into) a client relationship with LMN Capital which requires that we perform “Know your client” and/or Anti-money laundering procedures (in which case we may record personal data relating to your home address, your nationality, your CV and such other information as we may be required to obtain as part of the client on-boarding process), we only store personal data comprising your email, phone number and business address and only in circumstances where you have either consented to this, where we have contractual obligations to you, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements or to support our business activities. We do not record or store any data about you regarding your racial or ethnic origin, your religious or political beliefs, your sexual preferences, details of any criminal offence, your physical or mental health or any genetic or biometric data, unless specifically required by law or regulation. We may in addition hold personal data available from public sources, such as Companies House and the FCA register.

 

4                     We only store your personal data in order to communicate with you and in order to provide you with information about LMN Capital from time to time and in order to administer and maintain databases storing personal data. Where you are proposing to enter into a client relationship with LMN Capital, we may also use your personal data to assess your suitability to be a client, for the purpose of detecting and preventing financial crime and in order to comply with rules and regulations that we may be subject to, including our internal policies.

 

5                     We shall ensure that your personal data is accessed only by employees of LMN Capital who have a need to do so for the purposes described in this statement.

 

6                     We will not share your data outside of LMN Capital without your express consent unless we are required by law (or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights) or in the event we are proposing to sell our business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective buyer for due diligence purposes.

 

7                     LMN Capital will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary or, if longer, to comply with any set periods set out by law or regulation. We may monitor and/or record your telephone calls and electronic communications with us.

 

8                     You have the right (by making a request in writing, verbally, in person or by phone): to obtain information regarding the processing of your data, including access to any personal data we hold on you; to withdraw your consent to our processing your personal data at any time (subject to any legal or regulatory obligations we have); to request that we rectify any mistakes regarding your personal data; to erase your personal data (subject to any legal or regulatory obligations we have).

 

9                     We reserve the right to update this privacy statement from time to time.
