Prior to founding LMN, Jonathan was a main board director of Shore Capital Group, a boutique investment bank. He has served on the boards of multiple companies throughout his career, including AIM traded companies.

Jonathan is a partner of Wordsmith Law LLP, and also a consultant at law firm Gentle Mathias LLP as well as a senior advisor to private equity firm Vaalon Capital.
